If you would like to express your interest, you can submit a self-referral form which will take approximately 5-10minutes to complete. The ICB will get back in touch within 4-6 weeks to invite you to an engagement session and will provide further information about the next steps.

Those who are pregnant and young families can get free vitamins with the NHS Healthy Start Scheme
Did you know, if you are pregnant or have a child under 4 and have a Healthy Start card you can collect free vitamins for you and your child from all of the local Family Hubs? To find out more about the benefits of Healthy Start vitamins and where to collect them, please visit https://healthystart.nhs.uk/getting-vitamins/
If you are eligible for Healthy Start you can buy vitamins at a reduced price from the health admin teams at Hill Rigg House (Peterlee), Ferryhill Family Hub and Greencroft Centre (Annfield Plain).

RSV Vaccinations
We have started to send out invites to those eligible patients for the new RSV vaccine. Although this is a new vaccine being offered to the older population it has been given to young babies for a number of years. Family and Friends Test
Some patients would have received a short questionnaire following their appointment at the surgery. We wanted to share the positive feedback we have received throughout December 2024.
